A Journey

This is a new blog that I have created to talk about food.  I want to keep a daily diary of the food that I eat. I'm not counting calories, I'm just keeping a log of the food that I consume.  I am trying to cut down on unnecessary fat and therefore shed unwanted weight.  I'm going to start this journey on Friday, September 30, 2011.

Maybe pictures should accompany my posts?!

Swimming again

This morning, I ran 8 miles and then swam 900 yds. My energy levels are up and I'm feeling much better. My weight this morning is 158.6....
