Dr. Pepper free day!

Breakfast: none.
Lunch: Tuna salad, pears with oat topping
Snack: Ritz crackers
Dinner: Chicken sandwich from Burger King

Swimming again

This morning, I ran 8 miles and then swam 900 yds. My energy levels are up and I'm feeling much better. My weight this morning is 158.6....
